Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and delivery for online orders from MiddleSouthEast. We deliver coffee beans, baklava and other products anywhere in Australia with Australia Post. We don’t ship overseas.
Delivery options
- Free Standard Shipping – FREE on every order. Usually 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Express Post – $10. Next business day delivery to most metro areas within the Australia Post Express Post network.
- Café Pickup – FREE. Collect your order from 670 Chapel St, South Yarra during our opening hours. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 12pm (Melbourne time) Monday to Friday are sent the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or on public holidays are sent the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Baklava
Our baklava is made fresh and keeps for 3–5 days at room temperature. For regional addresses we recommend Express Post so it arrives at its best.
Lost, late or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived when expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we’ll work with Australia Post to fix it. See our Returns Policy for full details.
